负载均衡是特大型科技(工程)项目异构组织知识集成云计算网络空间联盟进行异构平台之间知识资源最优化配置的关键问题,其解决机制将会极大地影响异构组织知识的有效性、准确性、时效性,大大提高了异构组织众多相关干系人利益相关者间的知识共享。本文基于蚁群优化算法,结合复杂动态环境下特大型科技(工程)项目异构组织知识的特征和知识需求,构建了复杂动态环境下特大型科技(工程)项目异构组织知识集成云计算网络空间联盟负载均衡机制,基本实现了知识载荷的均衡状态,以及异构组织知识资源最优化配置,提高异构组织知识的实效性。
Abstract
Load balancing is the key issue for knowledge resource optimal allocation among heterogeneous platforms in cloud computing network spaced strategic alliance for knowledge integration of extra large-scale S&T (engineering) project heterogeneous organization, and its settlement mechanism will definitely influence the knowledge effectiveness, accuracy and timeliness in heterogeneous organizations, which will improve the knowledge sharing among stakeholders in heterogeneous organizations. Based on the ant colony optimization algorithm, this paper has, in combination with the knowledge characteristics and requirements in heterogeneous organizations of extra large-scale S&T (engineering) projects, constructed the load balancing mechanism of cloud computing network spaced strategic alliance for knowledge integration of extra large-scale S&T (engineering) project heterogeneous organization under complex and dynamic environment, and generally reached the balancing condition of knowledge load and the optimal allocation of knowledge resources in heterogeneous organizations, improving the effectiveness of knowledge in heterogeneous organizations.
