摘要

文明城市测评是创建和谐社会和实现可持续发展的重要举措。本文以省会/副省级文明城市测评为例,探讨了集成DEMATEL方法和Choquet积分的文明城市测评方法。首先应用DEMATEL方法对省会/副省级文明城市的测评指标间的相互影响关系进行研究,分析出原因指标和结果指标,从而实现测评指标的精简。在此基础上,考虑指标间不满足独立性利用λ模糊测度对原因指标(集)的重要程度进行建模,最后利用Choquet积分计算省会/副省级市的文明综合评价值。

Abstract

Civil city’s evaluation is the most important step for establishing harmonious society and achieving sustainable development. A hybrid approach based on Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Choquet integral is proposed in order to evaluate the civil level of provincial and vice-provincial cities. Firstly, DEMATEL is used to simplify the civil city’s evaluation index system after it is used to analyze the influential relationships among the indexes. And then, considering the interactions among the indexes, λ fuzzy measure is used to weight the subset of the indexes. Finally, Choquet integral is introduced to synthesize the evaluation values for the cities.
