本文通过探索性空间数据分析,发现中国省域知识产出和投入要素具有显著的空间集聚特征。在综合考虑知识产出和投入空间溢出效应的基础上,构建了改进的知识生产空间面板数据模型。通过LM和Wald检验确定空间Durbin模型能够更好地描述中国省域知识生产活动。通过研究发现,知识产出具有显著的正向空间溢出效应;R&D活动人员具有显著的负向空间溢出效应;R&D经费支出和FDI具有正向空间溢出效应,但并不十分显著。根据研究结果,提出了提高省域知识生产效率的政策建议。
Abstract
Through exploratory spatial data analysis, the spatial agglomeration characteristics of outputs and inputs of Chinese provincial knowledge production are found. Considering spatial spillover effects of outputs and inputs, a modified knowledge production spatial panel data model is established. By means of LM test and Wald test, it is found that spatial Durbin model is the best model for describing the activities of provincial knowledge production. The empirical research discoveries that knowledge outputs have significant positive spillover effects; R&D active people have significant negative spillover effects; R&D expenditure and FDI have positive spillover effects, however, are not very significant. Based on the results, the suggestions for improving the efficiency of provincial knowledge production are put forwards.
