摘要

本文从企业层面出发,探讨知识转移双方企业的联结强度、网络密度、网络范围、网络中心度在知识缄默性负向影响知识转移效果时所具有的调节作用。研究结果表明:在知识缄默性与知识转移效果之间具有显著调节作用的是知识源企业的网络范围和网络中心度,联结强度、网络密度、知识接受企业的网络范围和网络中心度均没有显著的调节作用。这一结果暗示了在缄默程度高的知识转移过程中,取得知识源的积极配合比知识接受方自身的努力更为重要。

Abstract

From the viewpoint of enterprise, with the negative impact of knowledge tacitness on the effect of knowledge transfer, the modificatory effect of connection strength, network density, network range, and centrality of both receiving enterprise and source enterprise is discussed. Empirical analysis shows that only the network range and network centrality of source enterprise has a significant modificatory effect, while the modificatory effect of connection strength, network density, and network range of receiving enterprise has not been found. This conclusion implies that during the transfer of knowledge with relatively high degree of tacit, it is more important to gain an active coordination from source enterprise than the effort from receiving enterprise.
