构建科学的中小企业成长能力评价体系对于准确评价我国中小企业的成长现状、揭示影响中小企业成长的症结所在具有重要意义。本文从企业仿生的视角,结合中小企业成长的外部生态性和内部生命体特征,从外部成长能力和内部成长能力两个层面遴选了中小企业成长能力的12个评价模块和27个评价指标,并采用专家咨询法、隶属度法和相关性分析法对评价指标进行实证筛选,进而建立了中小企业成长能力评价体系。经检验该体系具有较高的信度和效度,可以作为进一步进行实际评价和测度的有效工具。
Abstract
Building a scientific evaluation system for the growth capability of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) is of great significance to accurately evaluate the status quo of the SMEs in China and find out the sticking points that affect the growth of them. From perspective of enterprise bionics, both external ecological and internal organism characteristics of SMEs are embraced, and 12 evaluation modules and 27 evaluation metrics on the growth capability of SMEs are selected. Then those evaluation metrics are empirically filtered using Delphi, Membership, and correlation analysis methods in order to create an evaluation system for the growth capability of SMEs. The system possesses higher reliability and validity, and is an effective tool to perform further evaluation and measurement.
