产业集群共性技术不仅是提升产业集群自主创新能力的的技术基础,而且对增强产业竞争力、提升区域创新能力具有决定性影响。基于共性技术的内涵与特征,政府为载体、产学研为平台、企业间战略合作是产业集群共性技术供给的三种模式。通过对绍兴纺织产业集群的实证研究发现,产业集群共性技术的研发供给已经形成以政府研发为主,辅之产学研联合研发和企业间合作研发的供给体系。
Abstract
Generic technology not only is the technical basis for upgrading traditional industrial cluster, but also has a decisive influence for enhancing industrial competitiveness and regional innovation capability. Based on the connotation and features of generic technology, government becomes the carrier, production and research is a platform, and strategic cooperation between enterprises are three supply modes of industry cluster generic technology. Taking Shaoxing textile industry cluster as an example, the generic technology supply of industry cluster is studied, a supply system that government research plays a main role, and production and research joint R&D and R&D cooperation between enterprises assist is formed.
