当前对产学研网络的研究较少关注产学研项目的社会网络特性,也缺乏准确表达项目利益相关方社会关系的工具和方法。本文通过对产学研项目中各方的社会网络关系进行分析,构建了以产业界、学研界为双中心的社会网络模型,并通过对结构洞、双中心网络属性指标的分析阐明了利益相关方在网络中的结构属性以及采取行为策略时的相互影响。研究表明政府、双中心点和其他利益相关方应根据整体网络态势和自身的属性指标不同,采取适合的行为策略以降低自身风险、保障项目成功。
Abstract
In the studies of industry-university-research network, former researchers paid less attention to the social network characteristics of projects and lacked quantificational tools and methods to accurately express the social relationships of stakeholders. A duo-centered social network model with the industry and research centers as the two centers, respectively is constructed based on the analysis of relationships between stakeholders; the stakeholders' structural attributes in social network and mutual influence of their behaviors are illustrated by analyzing the structural hole and other duo-centered attributive indexes. The research shows that the government, the duo-centers, and other stakeholders should take the proper strategy according to the network situation and their own attribute indexes.
