摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文基于176份中国制造企业的调研数据,研究环境不确定性、供应链整合战略以及企业绩效之间的关系。实证研究结果表明:(1)环境不确定性显著影响供应链整合战略实施。相对于需求不确定和技术不确定的促进作用,供应不确定显著抑制供应链整合的实施。(2)三种供应链整合战略对企业绩效影响不同。内部整合显著提升企业绩效,客户整合仅显著提升运作绩效,而供应商整合对于企业绩效无显著影响。本文丰富和完善了供应链整合的研究,对管理实践也具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Based on 176 valid surveys of Chinese manufacturing industry, the relationship among environmental uncertainty, Supply Chain Integration (SCI), and firm performance is studies. The empirical results reveal that the implementation of SCI is affected by environmental uncertainty. The supply uncertainty has the negative influence, while both demand and technology uncertainties have positive effects on SCI. Besides, the results also indicate that SCI enhances firm performance, where internal integration has a significantly positive effect on firm performance, customer integration has a positive effect on operational performance, and supplier integration has no impact on the firm performance. The study's findings enrich and improve SCI researches and provide managerial insights for the firms to better implement SCI strategy.
