电子信息技术的飞速发展为我国推进信息化与工业化的无缝衔接,加速完成工业化进程带来了难得的契机。本文以2000-2007年的投入产出表为依据,研究制造业15大产业的两化融合度及其变化特征,结果表明,制造业行业间的融合度存在很大差异,表现为资本与技术密集型制造业的融合度明显高于劳动密集型产业,劳动密集型产业对两化融合推进产业升级的动力不足,且出现两极分化的现象。从演进规律看,资本和技术密集型制造业的先导性特征突出,传统制造业对两化融合的反应滞后。本文据此提出相关政策建议。
Abstract
The rapid development of electronic technology brings a big chance for pushing China’s integration of information and industrialization. The integration degree of information and industrialization for the 15 industries is researched through 2000-2007 input-output analysis. The result shows that there are big gaps between different industries. The integration degree for capital and technology-intensive industries is higher than that for labor-intensive industries. From evolving perspective, the evolving process for capital and technology-intensive industries is prior to that for the traditional industries. Some suggestions according to the results above are also put forward.
