专利联盟提升企业自主创新能力的作用方式与政策建议

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文基于浙江企业的调研数据,从联盟动机、合作方式和成果形式等方面实证分析了专利联盟提升企业自主创新能力的作用方式。实证结果表明获取技术领先优势和提升产品竞争优势的联盟动机对企业自主创新能力提升有着积极作用,"技术+技术"和共建研发机构的合作方式与企业自主创新能力提升之间有着显著的正相关关系,市场融合、技术融合和专利融合的成果形式更有利于联盟活动的开展。而专利联盟作用的发挥更是需要有效的政策措施来加以引导保障,在政府政策的推动下可以确保专利联盟高效地提升企业自主创新能力。

Abstract: The function modes of patent alliance enhancing enterprise independent innovation capability are analyzed from alliance motivation, cooperative method, and achievement form based on empirical data of Zhejiang enterprises. The empirical results show that the motivation for improving technology and product competitive advantage has a positive effect on the enhancement of enterprise independent innovation capability, there is an obvious positive relevance between the result for enhancing enterprise independent innovation capability and the cooperative methods, such as technic plus technology and joint R&D institutions, the achievement form of market integration, technical integration, and proprietary integration plays an obvious role in the development of patent alliance activities. And government policy measures are needed in order to bring patent alliance into play, patent alliance would ensure to effectively enhance enterprise independent innovation capability under the impetus of government policies.
