摘要： 技术链构建已经成为装配品类企业技术升级的关键。通过对新疆金风科技有限公司、中国华录·松下公司两家企业的案例分析,总结了追赶阶段装配品类企业技术链构建和技术能力提高的客观规律:即首先打破产业链分割,发挥自主的产业平台对技术链的拉动作用;进一步依循追赶企业技术能力体系的内在演变规律;注重构建开放的学习平台;在团队建设、资金保障等方面构架有效的研发保障体系。

Abstract: The construction of the technological links has been a crucial issue for the technology upgrade of assembly industry at a catch-up stage. Based on the case study of the Goldwind Science and Technology Co., Ltd and China Hualu Panasonic AVC Co., LTD, some regulations involving technological capability enhancement are presented. First, the construction of the technological links should be founded through the construction of industrial platform. Second, the rules for the evolution of catch-up enterprises’ technological capability should be followed; At last, a safeguard system including R&D strategy, fund, and personnel should be built.
