摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文在对相关文献进行回顾与分析的基础上,提出了FDI技术溢出和技术差距的线性关系假设和二次非线性关系假设,并分别建立回归模型和结构方程模型,运用SPSS软件和LISREL软件对收集的248份有效问卷进行分析。研究结果表明:技术溢出和技术差距之间不存在线性关系,但存在二次非线性关系,且技术溢出效应存在"门槛效应"。这为我国高技术企业充分利用FDI技术溢出提供了新的证据和启示。

Abstract: Based on the relevant literature review, the hypothesis that there is either a linear or a quadratic non-linear relationship between FDI technology spillovers and technological gap was proposed. Meanwhile, regression models and the structural equation model were established, and then 248 valid samples were analyzed by using SPSS and LISREL software. Based on the strong evidence, empirical results indicate that there is a quadratic nonlinearity rather than linearity between technology spillovers and technological gap, and a threshold effect exists in the effects of technology spillovers. The conclusions provide empirical evidence and suggestions for high-tech enterprises to utilize technology spillovers.
