网络化创新已经成为企业适应经济全球化、协同化与信息化的重要创新方式。在对企业创新网络内涵与外延以及企业社会资本概念进行界定的基础上,本文提出企业网络化创新的创新网络—社会资本概念模式,以此为厘清企业创新网络与企业社会资本之间关系以及两者对企业网络化创新的作用逻辑过程提供新的理论研究框架,也为企业建设和应用以提高企业社会资本为核心目标的创新网络、进而推动网络化创新提供合适的理论依据与方法。
Abstract
Networking innovation has been an important way to adjust globalization, collaboration, and informatization. After identifying the connotation and the extension of the Network of Firm Innovation (NFI), the NFI and the Social Capital of Firm (SCF) are defined. Meanwhile, a model called NFI-SCF framework is built in order to reveal and analyze the relationship between NFI and SCF. The model could also be used to describe the networking innovation process and provide an appropriate method for constructing the NFI which aims at improving the SCF.
