高效的技术学习率有助于企业维持持续的竞争优势。本文在分析技术能力势能和技术能力势能差对技术学习影响的基础上,应用系统动力学理论构建了技术能力提升对技术学习影响的模型,模型分析了技术能力提升对技术学习的作用过程,并仿真模拟了技术能力提升对技术学习率的动态影响。结果显示企业技术能力增长速度减缓后会对技术学习率产生负向的影响;而选择恰当的时机连续地调整其技术能力势能差,能够使企业高效的技术学习率得到有效地延续和提高。研究成果可为企业如何利用现有的技术能力获得最佳的学习效果提供重要的参考。
Abstract
Enterprises’ continuous competitive advantage is benefit from high effective technological learning. The impact of technological capability potential energy and technological capability potential energy gap on technological learning are analyzed, and an effect model of technological capability improvement on technological learning is developed based on the theory of system dynamics, the model analyzes the active process of technological capability improvement on technological learning. Also, the dynamic impacts of enterprises’ technological capability improvement on technological learning rate are simulated. The result indicates that a negative impact on technological learning rate would be generated when the growth of technological capability is slowdown; and readjusting technological capability potential energy gap at an appropriate opportunity would prolong and increase the efficiency of technological learning rate. The conclusion could provide the reference for exploring available technological capability to acquire the best learning effects for enterprises.
