摘要
受西方"能力决定信用"理论假设的影响,国内企业信用评价相关研究一直围绕企业偿债能力评价指标设置及其指标体系的建构而展开。然而尤努斯"穷人银行"的实践、中国企业家调查系统大样本调查的结果和浙江商业信用担保的大量实例却证实"能力决定信用"的假设在东方文化国家并不成立,并提示企业家人格品质是决定企业信用水平的主要因素。鉴此,本文基于人品特性与中国价值文化的内在关系,对个人品质与企业信用品质、信用水平的关系及其品质评价表征量进行了系统的理论和实证分析,不仅证实了企业家人格品质与企业信用水平的高度相关性,而且初步揭示了企业信用品质评价表征量的结构及权重。
Abstract
Under the influence of the "ability determines the credit", the domestic research on the evaluation of the credit always uses "fixing on the evaluation indexes and establishing the system of the indexes by the fulfillment ability based on the property and the financial conditions" as the model. However, the practice of "the Grameen Bank", the research results of the Chinese enterprise survey, and the empirical research of the business credit guarantee in Zhejiang Province, they all show that "the ability determines the credit" is not effective in the oriental countries, the facts also show that the enterpriser quality is the main factor for determining the corporations' credit level. This means that there is a big defect in the theoretical research in China. The inner relationship between the personal quality and the value culture is focused, the theoretical and empirical research on the relationship between the personality and corporation's credit quality, credit level and the evaluation features of the quality is conducted, the results show that the corporation's credit quality and the credit level are highly correlated, and the structure of the evaluation featuers and its weighting proportion are given out.
