本文以规模型竞争性战略联盟为研究对象,从资源类型与合作风险角度,提出了竞争性联盟结构模式选择的概念模型,建立了研究假设,并借助结构方程模型以及中介效应分析方法,检验了竞争性联盟中资源类型、合作风险与联盟结构选择偏好之间的直接以及间接影响关系。研究发现,这三者间确实存在密切联系:合作风险对联盟结构选择偏好具有显著的直接影响;资源类型对联盟结构具有直接与间接双重影响,其中通过合作风险而产生的间接影响大于直接影响。这些结果表明,从事前角度,规模型竞争性联盟的合作成员主要是依据合作风险对联盟结构进行决策的。
Abstract
From the perspective of resource type and cooperative risks, a concept model and some research hypotheses about the issue of alliance structure choice in a scale competitive alliance are proposed. The direct and indirect impacts among resource type, cooperative risks, and preference of alliance structure are estimated with the structural equation model and mediation analysis. It is found that there are indeed close relationships among these three variables. First, the correlations between cooperative risk and alliance structure are significant. Second, the resource type impacts the structure decision both directly and indirectly, with a higher ratio of indirect influence through cooperative risks. These results demonstrate that partners in a scale competitive alliance decide the alliance structure mainly according to the cooperative risks from the ex ante aspect.
