大型企业是一个具有复杂性、非线性和动态性的系统，传统的分析方法未能很好将企业非线性系统特征及企业运行的动态演化纳入到分析框架之中。而系统动力学强调系统结构对系统行为的决定作用，通过系统诸要素相互作用的关系解释系统的动态行为。因此，本文采用系统动力学方法建立大型企业原始创新的系统分析模型，对大型企业内部各个流动要素进行研究，借以分析大型企业原始创新的动态演化过程。最后，得出影响大型企业原始创新产出的因素,并且为企业原始创新系统高效发展提供政策指导。

Large enterprises are the complex, nonlinear and dynamic system in nature. The traditional analytical methods can not include the nonlinear characteristics of the systems and operation into the dynamic evolution of the analytical framework for the enterprises. And the System Dynamics(SD) emphasizes an the decisive role between the system structure and the system behavior and explains the relationship throughthe interaction of various elements of the dynamic behavior in the system. Therefore, the SD is used to establish an analysis model of original innovation systems and makes a research on the various flowing factors in order to analysis in the dynamic evolution process of innovation in the large-scale enterprises. Finally, the factors that impact the original innovation output of large enterprises are given and the policy guidance for the high-performance development in the original innovation system of the enterprise is provided.
