摘要：创新是一个企业进步的源泉，也是其兴旺发达的不竭动力。本文基于因子分析法建立了评价大中型工业企业创新能力的模型，找出了影响企业创新能力的关键因素，从而为大中型工业企业利用该模型客观认识自身技术创新能力，并通过横向比较企业自身与其他企业的差距为实例，验证了该模型的有效性，进而为企业提升技术创新能力和制定更加科学的技术创新决策提供依据。

Abstract： Innovation is not only the source of an enterprise’s progress, but also the inexhaustible power of its prosperity. The indicators on the evaluation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises’ technological innovation capabilities are advanced, and a model based on factor analysis method is established. The model is verified by an example of large and medium-sized industrial enterprise, it is shown how to make use of this model to objectively evaluate their technological innovation capabilities and employ quantity indicators to compare themselves with other enterprises. And the key factor that is the most related with the enterprises’ innovation is found out. The research provides more scientific technological innovation policies for enterprises promoting technological innovation capabilities and is in response to the call on building an innovation-oriented country.
