摘要：本文针对技术联盟企业间知识转移的行为，深入分析了影响知识转移因素，构建了一个包含多个影响因素的模型，据此提出了相应假设，通过实地访谈和问卷调查，运用结构方程模型对国内251家企业的问卷数据进行分析。结果显示：知识的隐性、接收方学习动机、联盟伙伴间的知识差距、关系距离都能对联盟伙伴间的知识转移产生显著影响；相对于契约式联盟，股权式联盟更有利于知识转移效率的提高。

Abstract: According to the activity of knowledge transfer within a technology alliance, the factors affecting knowledge transfer is in-depth analyzed, a conceptual model contained a number of factors is proposed and the relative testable hypothesis is developed. Based on field interviews and questionnaire survey, the structural equation methodology is used to analysis a sample of 251 corporations. The results show that the tacitness of knowledge, learning motivation of receiver, the knowledge difference, and relationship distance between alliance partner have a significant effect on the degree of knowledge transfer.Moreover, it is proved that the equity alliance is superior in knowledge transfer than contractual alliance.
