本文采用物质资本集聚度、人力资本集聚度以及就业密度衡量服务业集聚水平,运用空间计量方法,从劳动生产率视角,研究了服务业集聚对区域经济差距的影响。结果显示:区域间劳动生产率的提高呈现明显的空间自相关性,物质资本集聚对地区劳动生产率影响显著,而人力资本集聚以及就业密度的作用尚不显著。总体上,本文验证了服务业集聚效应的存在,从而为从劳动生产率视角解释服务业集聚对区域经济差距的影响提供了分析思路。
Abstract
The level of the service industrial agglomeration is tested by means of physical capital agglomeration, human capital agglomeration, and employment density. Spatial econometric methods are adopted to analyze how service industrial agglomeration affects the regional economic discrepancy based on the perspective of labor productivity. The results show that the regional labor productivity has the characteristic of spatial agglomeration; physical capital agglomeration plays a significant role in the improvement of regional labor productivity, while the human capital agglomeration and employment density do not. The results provide a method for analyzing the regional economic disparity from the perspective of labor productivity.
