经过20年的发展,我国科技型中小企业现在已成为国民经济中一支充满生机和活力的生力军。像其他中小企业一样,科技型中小企业在其发展过程中也存在一个生命周期。此方面的研究有很多,但是对于科技型中小企业生命周期各阶段经营特征的研究缺乏实证的支持。本文选取了上海市257家科技型中小企业,试图通过实证的方法研究不同生命周期企业的经营特征。调查结果显示,在不同的生命周期阶段企业对于市场和组织结构的关注度有很大差别,而对于外部支持、战略定位、人员、生产四个要素的关注度没有明显的区别,这些差别造成了不同的经营特征。
Abstract
After 20 years of development, technology-based Small and Middle-sized Enterprises(SMEs) have become a force that is full of vigor and vitality in the national economy of China. Just as with other types of SMEs, technology-based SMEs also have their life cycle. There are many studies about the life cycle, however, it lacks of empirical study on the operational characteristics of each stage of life cycle in technology-based SMEs. An empirical study on the operational characteristics of technology-based SMEs in each life cycle stage is conducted based on the 275 technology-based SME in Shanghai. The inrestigation indicates that the different attention on marketing and organization has leaded to the different operational characteristics in each stage for SMEs.
