在VAR模型框架内,检验了我国人力资本与高教育移民率之间的Granger因果关系,估计了两者之间的传递函数模型,证实了人才外流促进人力资本积累的"正"经济效应的存在,并分析了移民率变化对人力资本存量增长的传递机制。
Abstract
The Granger causality between human capital and immigrants with higher eduction is tested and measured in the framenork of VAR model system, and the transfer function model between two of them is estimated. The positive effect that brain drain induces human capital accumulation is confirmed, and its transfer mechanism is analyzed.
