摘要：企业自主创新的过程也是专利能力形成和培育过程。文章从专利创造、专利运用、专利保护、专利管理能力等方面分析了自主创新不同阶段企业专利能力的培育，并分别对原始创新、集成创新和引进消化吸收再创新等不同创新模式下企业专利能力培育进行了分析，最后从企业角度提出了培育专利能力的对策建议。

Abstract：The process of independent innovation of enterprises is also the formation and cultivation of the enterprise patent capacity. The cultivation of enterprises patent capacity in different phrases of the independent innovation in term of the patent creation，the patent application，the patent protection, and the patent management capacity is analyed. Then the cultivation of enterprise patent capacity in different creation forms，such as the original creation， the integrated creation, and re-creation is analyzed. In the end， some suggestions in respect of the cultivation of enterprise patent capacity are giren.
