摘要：为什么现实中只有少数创业者愿意开展创新型的创业活动，而其它大多数创业活动是基于现有商业模式的复制和改进？本文以新生创业者为研究对象，在创业机会理论的基础上，探讨了创业者的风险态度、人力资本与网络资本三个重要个体特征对创新性创业路径选择的影响。并利用“创业动态跟踪研究（Panel Study of Entrepreneurial Dynamics II，简称为 PSED II）”的调查数据，运用多元线性回归和Logistic回归分析方法对相应假设进行了检验，结论对有效激励创新型创业活动的开展具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Why only few people have the driving motivation for innovative entrepreneurship in reality? Based on the perspective of entrepreneurial opportunities, it attempts to examine the influence of risk attitude, human capital, and social network capital on innovative entrepreneurial career choice from the Panel Study of Entrepreneurial Dynamics II(PSED II) data by using the OLS model and logistic model. The acknowledgements of innovative entrepreneurship are enriched. The findings are also a great help to make the laws for promoting the innovative new venture creation.
