摘要

摘要:随着全球化经济的发展,企业外包环境动态性逐步增强。如何在多变的动态环境下,制定行之有效的研发外包策略是各企业极为关注的关键问题。本文重点阐述了创新型和效率型研发外包强度与绩效的关系在动态环境中的表现。研究结果表明:环境动态性对“效率型研发外包强度—绩效关系”调节效应不明显,而对“创新型研发外包强度—绩效的关系”具有负向调节效应。该结论对于理解、解释中国企业研发外包战略决策及其绩效具有重要的启发意义。

Abstract

Abstract: With the development of market reform and global economic, the outsource environment dynamism has been increased. How to make an effective outsourcing strategy under the various environments is a key problem. The relationship between the innovative (routine) R&D outsourcing and firm performance is shed light on. The data shows that the environmental dynamism only moderates the relationship between innovative R&D outsourcing and firm performance. These results provide good suggestions for the R&D outsourcing strategy and decision in China.
