摘要：通过与正式组织、非正式组织的比较研究，本文提出了准正式组织这一新概念。在分析阐述准正式组织基本特征的基础上，对大学与科研结构中的准正式组织类型及其与正式组织的交互作用进行了探讨。

Abstract: Through the comparative study of formal and informal organizations, a new concept of quasi-formal organization is proposed. Based onanalyzingthe basic characteristics of quasi-formal organizations, a thorough discussion on the types of quasi-formal organizationsand the interaction between quasi-formal organizations and formal organizations in universities and research institutes is conducted.
