摘要：企业创新是一个充满风险的过程，其中经营者人因风险对企业能否实现持续创新起着十分关键的作用。文章在对企业持续创新过程的经营者人因风险相关概念进行界定之后，对经营者人因风险因素进行了识别，并在此基础上运用故障树分析方法初步构建了企业持续创新过程的三级经营者人因风险预警框架体系，为下一步的风险监控和风险应对提供一个基本可操作的工具。

Abstract: The process of enterprise sustainable innovation is full of the risks. Operator man-made risk plays a key role in whether or not enterprise could achieve the sustainable innovation. Firstly, several concepts about operator man-made risk of enterprise’s sustainable innovation process are defined; then the factors of the risk are identified. Finally, based on the result, a framework for three-level operator man-made risk warning of enterprise’s sustainable innovation process is built using the method of the fault tree analysis, which can provide a basic operable tool for the risk-monitoring and risk-controlling measures.
