摘要：技术联盟的快速增长适应了创新发展的趋势，即从孤立到结盟，从依靠内部资源到强化外部资源的获取。文章从技术联盟的概念由来出发，对技术联盟与创新关系的理论、方法和实证研究的情况进行了述评，并指出了技术联盟与创新关系研究存在的不足、未来的研究方向以及对管理的启示。

Abstract: The fast growth of technology alliances is adapted to the current trend of innovation that is from isolation to alignment and from relying on internal resources to acquiring external resources. Based on the notion of technology alliances, the relationship between technology alliances and innovation is reviewed from the angles of theory, methods, and empirical study. At the end, research shortages, future research directions, and revelation for management are pointed out.
