摘要: 摘要:依据1995~2007年中国东、中、西部三大区域的相关数据,采用面板数据模型进行计量经济分析表明:不同类型的R&D投入对全要素生产率(TFP)的增长均有正向促进作用,但R&D活动的溢出效果不同。区域之外的R&D累积投入(技术引进费用)带来的TFP增长效应最大;企业R&D累积投入对TFP增长作用的效果居其次;高等院校与科研院所R&D累积投入TFP增长效应最小。区域自主创新对东部地区TFP的作用大于中、西部;技术引进对西部地区TFP的作用大于中部,对中部地区的作用大于东部。同时不同类型的R&D活动彼此影响的程度和方向不同,这给科技政策的制定提供了参考的依据。

Abstract: Abstract: The panel data models is employed to conduct the econometric analysis upon the data concerning Total Factor Productivity(TFP) and types of R&D investment, etc. of eastern, central and western regions of China from 1995 to 2007, it is revealed that different types of R&D investment has a positive effect on TFP growth; however, spillover effects of R&D activities are different. The R&D cumulative investment from outside region (technology introduction costs) results in the largest effect on the TFP growth; R&D cumulative investment of universities and institutes leads to the smallest effect on the TFP growth; and the effect of enterprise R&D cumulative investment on the TFP growth lies in the middle between the two poles; The effect of the regional independent innovation on the TFP in the eastern region is larger than that in the central and the western regions; the effect of technical introduction on the TFP in the western region is larger than that in the central region, while the effect on the TFP in the central region is larger than that in the eastern region. At the same time, the R&D activities of the different types interact each other differently in terms of the degree and the direction, provide the reference for formulating policies of science and technology.
