摘要： 摘要：IT如何给企业带来竞争优势，促进企业绩效提高一直是众多学者关心的问题。本文探讨了在环境压力的作用下，IT能力、知识管理战略和组织绩效三者之间的关系，并构建了理论模型。本次研究以我国东部、中部、西部的397家企业为样本，对模型进行了实证检验。研究结果发现，IT能力能够通过中介变量知识管理战略对组织绩效产生正向影响。企业采用知识管理战略能够促进绩效的提高。环境压力虽然对组织绩效的直接影响为负，但也可通过IT能力和知识管理战略间接正向影响组织绩效。

Abstract: Abstract：How does IT bring competitive advantage to the firm andpromote firm performance is concerned by multitudinous scholars. The relation among IT competency, knowledge management strategy, and organization performance under environment pressure was discussed. By taking 397 firms as the samples, the model was tested. And the results showed that the IT competency has a positive impact on organization performance through knowledge management strategy. Firms which implement knowledge management strategy can achieve higher performance level. Although environment pressure has a direct negative impact on the organization performance, it can also affect organization performance indirectly and positively thoughtIT competency and knowledge management strategy.
