摘要：分析了外资银行风险控制能力对贷款利率的影响，并利用最优化方法，讨论了银行在多期时的贷款利率选择策略；深入研究了外资银行的风险控制技术转移与技术示范效应对本地银行风险控制能力的影响。研究认为，只有鼓励与本地银行风险控制能力具有适当技术差距的外资银行进入市场，和/或引进适当水平的风险控制技术，才能促使本地银行积极实施风险控制技术转移，提高本地银行的经营效率。

Abstract: The influence of the foreign banks’ risk control ability on the interest rate is analyzed. And optimization methods are used to discuss the strategy of bank interest rate choice in multiple terms. Then a theoretical model is constructed to analyze the bank risk control ability with respect to the technology transfer and technology demonstration. It shows that the only way to promote local banks actively implementing technology transfer and increase the operating efficiency of local banks is to encourage foreign banks with an appropriate risk-control capability gap to local banks’ entering the market and/or implemente the appropriate risk control technology.
