摘要：本文首先将影响技术转移中隐性知识转化效果的要素进行结构化划分和综合剖析。然后基于所划分的5大技术转移要素，开发了影响隐性知识转化效果的16项指标，并进一步运用层次分析法构建了测度技术转移中隐性知识转化效果的评估模型。本研究结果为隐性知识管理背景下对技术转移的深度探索提供理论和方法支撑。

Abstract: Firstly, the structural division of factors influencing tacit knowledge conversion in technology transfer is analyzed, and then 16 indicators which influence the effect of tacit knowledge conversion in technology transfer are explored. Based on the technique, an assessment model for measuring the effect of tacit knowledge conversion in technology transfer is established using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). These findings can provide a theoreticl and methodical support for the depth exploration of technology transfer under the background of tacit knowledge management.
