摘要：本文对国内各层次50所大学进行了国际化影响因素问卷调查。基于调查数据，本文采用因子分析方法确定主要影响因素，然后筛选和分析了中国大学国际化进程中重要积极影响因素和障碍影响因素，并分析不同层次大学国际化进程中的重要影响因素。研究结果能够为我国各层次大学实施国际化战略提供重要支撑。

Abstract： A survey on 50 domestic universities at all levels is coducted; it focuses on the factors influencing internationalization of universities. Based on the survey, firstly the main factors are determined by using factor analysis method, at then the important incentives and major obstacles in the process of internationalization for the universities in China are selected and analyzed. The research results can provide the important knowledge-base and supports for the universities at all levels in China to determine core areas that they focus on while implementing the strategies of internationalization.
