摘要: 摘要:产品创新与企业绩效之间关系的研究结果存在明显差异。在检索主要的学术数据库中关于产品创新与企业绩效之间关系研究文献的基础上,利用在管理研究领域日益受到关注的Meta分析对二者之间关系进行了定量的综合分析。不仅包括文献的同质性检验,还对产品创新与企业绩效之间的相关关系进行了Meta分析,同时对影响二者之间关系的可能调节因素进行了探索性分析。

Abstract: Abstract: There is significant differentiation among research results on the relationship between product innovation and business performance. Based on the search for research documents about the relationship between product innovation and business performance from some principal academic databases, the meta-analysis concerned increasingly in management research field is used to further analyze them quantitatively and comprehensively. It not only contains homogeneity test on documents, but also explains meta-analysis on the correlation relationship between product innovation and business performance. Then the exploratory analysis is made on possible moderating elements influencing the relationship between the two.
