创新溢出的空间尺度与实证检验

摘要: 摘要:技术创新的作用日益重要,非竞争性与非排他性使其具有明显的外溢效应。依存于不同的内在机理及载体,创新外溢表现为企业、产业、区域及国际溢出四大空间尺度。利用人均专利申请量的空间自相关模型对创新空间溢出效应的检验显示,全国及典型省份的技术创新存在明显的全局空间自相关特征,说明省级区域内部企业间、产业间创新溢出效应显著;创新能力较强省份与其周边省份的局部空间自相关系数较高,验证了省级区域间创新溢出的客观存在。结论对于区域创新能力提升及社会经济发展具有启示意义。

Abstract: Abstract: The capacity of technology innovation is of great importance to the development of economy and society. Due to its non-rivalry and non-exclusiveness, innovation spillover effect is obvious. According to the mechanism and forms, innovation spillovers are demonstrated in the four different spatial dimensions, namely, inter-enterprise, inter-industry, inter-region, and inter-country. By using spatial autocorrelation, the empirical analysis shows that the general indices of spatial autocorrelation at the level of country and province are remarkable. It indicates that intra-region innovation spillovers obviously exist. The local indices of spatial autocorrelation between province having better innovation capacity and provinces sunounding it are high. It verifies that inter-region innovation spillovers are the objective reality. In the end, some recommendations are discussed.
