摘要：本文以我国上市医药企业的数据为样本，对医药企业知识产权和经营绩效之间的关联性作了实证分析。结果表明：我国医药上市公司中，中药企业所拥有的发明专利与企业绩效呈现显著的正向关系，化学和生物制药企业所积累的外观设计与企业绩效呈显著的正向关系，实用新型和商标与医药企业的绩效之间没有关联性。最后，本文基于实证研究结果提出了对策建议。

Abstract: Taking Chinese pharmaceutical listed companies as data sample, the relation between intellectual property right and its performance was studied using the regression method. It is concluded that Chinese traditional medicine companies’ patent is related with their performance positively, the appearance design that chemical and biotech pharmaceutical companies have is related with their performance positively, and pharmaceutical companies’ utilities and trademark are not related with their performance. At last, some suggestions were given based on the conclusion.
