摘要：随着技术在经济发展中重要性的提升，拥有技术优势的一方常常对不拥有该技术的一方构成严重的威胁。结合具体的技术事件案例，本文对存在于组织之间的技术威胁展开了系统的研究，包括其生成机理、定义和特征等。从技术发展不平衡类型的角度出发，本文将技术威胁类型划分为技术差距威胁、技术差异威胁和技术研发威胁。为对技术威胁大小进行分析，本文还进一步建立了技术威胁影响因素的三维模型。

Abstract: With the enhancing technology fundamentality in economic development, the organizations with technology superiority often make a serious threat to those in inferior position. Based on the case studies of technology event, the theory of technology threat between different organizations is studied, including its formation mechanism, definition, and characteristics, etc. From the view of the types for the unbalance technology development, the technology threat is divided into three types, that is, technology gap threat, technology diversity threat, and technology R&D threat. Furthermore, a three-dimensional model for the relative factors of technology threat has been constructed in order to analyze the status of technology threat.
