摘要：Chesbrough教授提出的开放式创新为创新管理提供了一种全新的思维模式。本文基于209家中国创新型企业的问卷调查数据，采用结构方程模型对开放式创新的机理与作用路径进行了实证分析。研究结果表明开放式创新主要是通过获取市场信息资源和技术资源，以弥补企业内部创新资源的不足，进而提高创新绩效。机理研究揭示了开放式创新体系下各创新要素对促进创新绩效的作用，为企业在创新实践中根据自身资源的拥有状况，有选择地与外部创新要素有效联接，获取外部创新资源，更有效地实施开放式创新提供理论指导。

Abstract: The open innovation paradigm brought forward by Henry Chesbrough offers a new way of thinking and managing about innovation. Based on the survey data from 209 innovative firms in China, the mechanism of open innovation is verified by Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). The research manifests that enterprises acquire market-related resources and technology-related resources to complement the internal innovation resources and improve the efficiency of innovation through open to outside. The each innovation key element promoting the innovative performance under an open innovative system is disclosed. And it also gives a good directions for enterprises to increase indigenous innovation capabilities through utilizing external knowledge effectively according to their internal innovation resources.
