摘要： 本文从企业集群价值网络角度，对集群的最适规模进行研究。通过企业集群价值网络横向企业间博弈，推导出集群的最适规模，以及最适规模的影响因素。在此基础上通过对集群最适规模实现的控制行为分析，得出了集群成员企业数量在稳态和动态两种情形下的具体控制方式。

Abstract: From the perspective of value network, the optimum scale of enterprise cluster is explored. By means of the gaming between horizontal enterprises of enterprise cluster value network, not only the optimum size is deduced, but also the factors which influence the cluster size are found. Meanwhile, through the analysis on the control behavior of cluster optimum scale, the feasible way to control the cluster scale under both steady and dynamic circumstances is also pointed out.
