摘要： 本文在对相关研究文献进行回顾与分析的基础上，提出了技术能力、创新战略和创新绩效三者之间关系的理论假设模型；进而基于该模型选取了相应的研究变量及其测度方法；然后运用SPSS软件、结构方程模型和AMOS软件对通过问卷调查获得的有关数据进行了统计分析，从而对本文提出的理论假设进行了实证检验。

Abstract: Based on the correlative theoretical research on technology capability, innovation strategy, and innovation performance, a model about these three variables is proposed; corresponding variables and measurement method are chosen on the basis of the model; the data obtained via questionnaire by SEM and software SPSS, AMOS are analyzed, then the theoretical hypotheses as mentioned above are verified.
