摘要: 信任是组织竞争优势的重要来源。信任的主动发展已成为组织行为学研究信任的热点问题。本研究从两个独立又相互联系的视角出发探讨组织内的信任驱动,即个体角度的主动信任行为和组织角度的风险控制,并在此基础上进一步提出了组织内信任驱动的双重路径模型,期望借以促进组织内信任主动发展的理论研究与管理实践。

关键词: 主动信任, 风险控制, 信任驱动

Abstract: Active trust development has become the focus of organizational behavior. The trust advancing in organizations is explored from a dual perspective, that is, the individual view of active trust behaviors and the organizational view of risk control. Then based on the analyses, a dual-path model of trust promoting within organizations is brought forward, in order to facilitate the theoretical research and management practice of active trust development in organizations.
