摘要：在知识经济时代，知识资本己取代传统生产要素，成为具有战略重要性的资源。知识资本对中小企业的绩效影响如何，本文提出知识资本与中小企业绩效关系的概念模型，通过问卷调查收集数据，全面研究了知识资本对中小企业的市场能力、技术创新能力和财务绩效的影响，并同时分析了知识资本构成要素的相关性对企业绩效的影响，得到相关结论。

Abstract: In the era of knowledge-based economy, the intellectual capital that becomes strategically important resource has replaced the traditional factors of production. How does the intellectual capital affect the performance of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs)? The concept model that indicats the relationship between intellectual capital and the performance of SMEs is brough up. Through a questionnaire survey and data collection, a comprehensive study on the effect of the intellectual capital on SME market capacity, technological innovation ability, and financial performance is made. At the same time, the effect of the relevance of intellectual capital elements on the corporation performance is analyzed and related conclusions are obtained.
