摘要：在对长三角地区知识密集型服务业企业进行问卷调查基础上，本文对中国知识密集型服务业创新的主要障碍因素进行了研究：首先按行业分析，发现创新保护、人力资源、创新资金等因素是三大障碍；其按公司规模分析揭示了各种规模的KIBS企业面临的主要创新障碍；最后讨论了高创新企业和低创新企业在进行服务创新决策和持续性创新时面临的障碍。

Abstract： Based on the questionnaire of Knowledge Intensive Business Service(KIBS) from Yangtze River Delta, the barriers to service innovation are analyzed from the perspectives of industry, scale, and innovative level; and it is found that the protection of innovation, human resource, and financial support are main barriers for Chinese KIBS service innovation.
