摘要：本文在归纳高管团队属性效应理论研究（Upper Echelons Perspective）进展的基础上，将决策者个人有限理性的概念拓展到团队场合，并归纳整理了TMT有限理性的三类机制。以我国现阶段企业的专用性投资行为为分析对象，开发了基于系统动力学回路框架的TMT属性效应分解分析模型，运用该模型分析了导致我国企业专用性投资弱化的典型TMT属性特征与相应的情境特征。

Abstract: The bounded rationality of individual decision maker is extended to the team situation, and three type mechanisms of Top Management Team(TMT) bounded rationality are concluded on the basis of upper echelons perspective. A TMT character analysis model is developed using the loop of system dynamics. This model can explain the reason for specific purpose investment weakening of corporation in China based on the view of TMT combination character and relevant scenario.
