摘要
摘要:本文分析了“员工流动成长效应”,通过访谈和问卷调查获得数据,采用项目分析、因子分析、单一样本t检验等方法进行实证研究,构建和检验了“员工流动成长效应”的结构模型。本文的理论贡献在于证实了:(1)员工的流动存在成长效应,流动将促进员工成长性提高具有统计意义;(2)“员工流动成长效应”是个并列的七因子结构,这七个因子包括人岗匹配、创新能力、社会能力、职业能力、自我认知、工作业绩和报酬水平;(3)本研究编制的“员工流动成长效应”问卷具有较好的信度和效度。
Abstract
Abstract: Based on the literature review the employees’ growth by turnover is analyzed. The data were acquired through in-depth interview and questionnaires. The methods of EFA, CFA and One-Sample T Test were used. Three issues were revealed: (1) Job transfer has growth effect. The fact that job transfer will promote employees’ development was statistic significance. (2)The structure of employees’ growth by turnover had seven parallel components. The seven components were named as the match between job and ability, the innovative ability, social ability, vocational ability, self-cognition, individual achievement, and remuneration. (3)The questionnaires that were made in this study had suitable reliability and are high validity.
