摘要：外生性集体行动是集体行动中最为常见的一种形式。通过理论梳理和对集群企业的实证研究发现集群企业外生性集体行动受到包括外生事件属性、反抗意识水平、外部资源支持力度、集体认同程度及组织水平等五个方面因素的影响。

Abstract: Exterior event-oriented collective action is one of the most frequent occurrence forms of the collective action. By the demonstration of the clustered enterprises, it is found that the attribute of exterior event, consciousness level of resistance, aid strength of exterior resources, organizing level, and self identity of collectivity make a strong impact on exterior event-oriented collective action.
