摘要

摘要:学科评估是高校学科建设与管理的手段。本文从元评估的概念出发,在改进国外元评估量表的基础上,进行了学科评估的实证研究。实证研究以“河北省重点学科评估”为例,经过数据的收集和处理,从“评估项目的实用性”、“评估方案的可行性”、“评估过程的合理性”和“评估结果的准确性”四个方面对河北省重点学科评估的整个活动进行优劣判断,最后得到本次研究结论。

Abstract

Abstract: Discipline evaluation is an important way to construct and manage the disciplines of colleges. Begining with the definition of meta-evaluation, the oversea meta-evaluation checklist is improved. Then an empirical study of discipline evaluation is presented. Based on the example of key discipline evaluation of Hebei province, the evaluation activity is judged from “utility of evaluation program”, “feasibility of evaluation program”, “propriety of evaluation process”, and “accuracy of evaluation outcome” through data collection and processing. The study conclusions are presented at last.
