摘要：为探讨不连续创新对科技创业企业绩效的作用机理，提出了不连续创新导向和创业绩效的结构模型并运用176家科技创业企业的数据进行了实证分析。发现科技创业企业绩效受到不连续创新导向的直接影响和间接影响，企业能力是其间接影响的中介变量，不确定性对不连续创新导向与企业能力、企业能力与创业绩效之间的作用关系存在正向调节效应。研究表明科技创业企业应在高不确定性条件下采取不连续创新导向的战略以提升创业绩效。

Abstract: The effects between Discontinuous Innovation Orientation (DIO) and Technology-based Venture Performance (TVP) are analyzed based on the empirical study of 176 TVPs. A structural model of DIO and TVP is put forward and a survey to examine the model is conducted accordingly. Results suggest that there are the direct effect and indirect effect between DIO and TVP, with the firm capability as an intermediating factor. Uncertainties have modulating effects both on the relation between DIO and firm capabilities, and on the relation between firm capabilities and TVP. It is concluded that the technology-based ventures should follow discontinuous-innovation-oriented strategies to improve their performance under the condition of high uncertainty.
