摘要：知识经济时代，基于知识共享和知识转移的合作创新模式已经被技术创新型企业广为采用，伴随而来的信用缺失引发的知识产权风险却成为阻碍其发展的一种桎梏。本文从信息经济学角度认识合作创新中信用缺失引发的知识产权风险，探究其成因并给出了相应的防范与控制措施。

Abstract: In the era of knowledge-based economy, the mode of cooperative innovation based on knowledge sharing and knowledge trasferring is adopted by innovative corporations, intellectual property risk induced by lack of credit become the obstacle to innovation. The risk is analysed from the perspective of information economy, the causes are explored and the relative precaution measures are put forward.
