摘要：投资银行是我国金融市场的一部分，对我国国民经济增长起到重要作用。随着中国加入WTO后金融市场的发展，我国投资银行面临着巨大的国际竞争，而此时我国投资银行业务结构初级、资本规模小、治理不完善，这导致了我国投资银行竞争力较弱。本文是从投资银行业务结构优化提升的角度来研究的。本文通过投资银行业务结构优化的经济分析得出我国投资银行业务结构优化可以为提升竞争力奠定基础。随后构建了我国投资银行业务结构优化的路径，并分析了优化路径的影响因素。最后给出我国投资银行怎样进行业务优化的建议。  

    Abstract: Chinese investment banks, a part of the entire financial market,play an important role on the growth of national economy of China. With the financial market development after China entered into WTO, Chinese investment banks are confronted with the tremendous international competition. The optimized path of business constructure for Chinese investment banks is discussed. In order to enhance competitive power of Chinese investment bank, the optimized path of their business structure is constructed and impact factors in the path are analyzed. At last, some suggestions on how to optimize business constructure are given.
